Newberry Opera House hosts grants workshop

 About 90 area arts and other community service providers attended a grants workshop held at the Newberry Opera House July 20. 

The event was organized by the SC Humanities Council in partnership with the SC Arts Commission, Archives and History and McKissick Museum.  Lynn Robertson's presentation on writing grants was humorously titled "A few tips to get that special someone to say 'I Do.' "   Another annual grants workshop is planned for next July.
